Brut Millésimé 2014
Cavas Millésimé, some years, the wines of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada are especially inspiring. These are the vintages when we make this Brut Millésimé, a cava of great elegance.
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Xarel·lo (45%), Parellada (30%), Macabeu (25%).
Ageing: At least 9 months in the bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale yellow, with some greenish hues. Limpid and bright. Steady release of fine bubbles, forming a crown. Clean and fruity aroma, with a subtle hint of ageing. Very expressive. Ripe fruits finish with dried fruits and nuts. Well balanced, long, tasty, round in the mouth.

Només Garnatxa Blanca 2016
Només, the White Garnatxa is a native varietal of the Empordà, one of the most planted in this region. Using grapes from old vines (50-60 years old), born in a rocky terroir with pebbles, we make this complex monovarietal wine of tremendous personality.
Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Garnatxa Blanca (100%).
Ageing: Young wine.
Tasting note: Pale yellow with some green reflections. In the nose it reminds of fresh fruits and displays some fine spicy notes. In the mouth it is well-balanced, fresh, enveloping. This is a complex, long-lasting wine, nice, with a marked varietal personality.
