Opgericht in 1960 in Bertiolo, Italië, staat CABERT al meer dan zestig jaar synoniem voor authenticiteit en wijntraditie. Cantina di Bertiolo

Bij Cantina di Bertiolo begint het wijnmaken in de wijngaarden, waar zorgvuldig geselecteerde druiven met respect voor de natuur worden geteeld. Het proces combineert traditie met moderne technieken om de beste kwaliteit te garanderen. Na de handmatige of mechanische oogst worden de druiven zorgvuldig geperst, waarbij alleen het zuiverste sap wordt gebruikt. De fermentatie vindt plaats onder gecontroleerde temperaturen om de aroma’s en smaken optimaal te behouden.

Elke stap, van rijping tot botteling, wordt nauwkeurig bewaakt om de kenmerken van de druiven en het terroir tot uiting te laten komen. Met respect voor de eeuwenoude wijntradities van de regio en een voortdurende drang naar innovatie, creëert Cantina di Bertiolo wijnen die de authenticiteit en het vakmanschap van Friuli weerspiegelen.
